Digital orders and cancellations

Noteyt sells access to digital study PDFs through one-time purchases. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be physically returned, but this does not affect applicable consumer rights.

If you want to cancel an order before delivery, email [email protected] as soon as possible with the order reference. Whether cancellation is possible depends on payment and delivery status.

Situations eligible for review

We review reported duplicate successful charges, verified payment without access to the purchased PDF, corrupted or unusable PDFs, and substantial mismatches between the paid selection and the material delivered.

We may try to repair the file or restore access first. If we cannot reasonably resolve a qualifying delivery problem, a refund may be approved. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed for a change of mind after successful digital delivery, except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] and include your order or payment reference, transaction date, lecture URL, selected language, and the problem. Please report issues promptly, ideally within seven days of discovering them; legally protected claims are not limited by this suggested reporting period.

We aim to review complete requests within three business days. Approved refunds will be initiated as soon as reasonably practicable, usually within seven business days of approval. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and your bank. These are service targets, not a restriction on statutory rights.

Optional creator support

Support-the-Creator contributions are optional and separate from digital PDF purchases. If you make a contribution in error or experience a duplicate charge, email the support address with the payment reference for review.

Other rights

Refund eligibility is assessed using verified payment and delivery records. Nothing in this policy overrides mandatory consumer protections or rights under applicable law.
