Shipping Policy

No physical delivery

Purchases on Noteyt are digital. Physical shipping, shipping addresses, courier tracking, and delivery fees do not apply to the PDF products.

How digital delivery works

After your payment is verified, the purchased study notes and PDF are made available through the associated signed-in student account when preparation and quality checks are complete.

Actual availability depends on caption retrieval, file generation, storage services, and the network. Downloads are not sent automatically as physical goods or mailed paper documents.

Problems with delivery

If payment succeeds but your PDF cannot be accessed, sign in using the account used for the purchase and retry. If it still fails, email [email protected] with the order reference, the video link and selected language. Never email passwords, payment-card numbers, or secret keys.

Refund requests for verified failed or unusable delivery are considered under the Cancellation and Refunds Policy and applicable consumer rights.
