Depending on the features you use, Noteyt may process account email addresses, account and sign-in information, video URLs, video captions, study language, generated notes, PDF access history, and submitted feedback.

For purchases and promoter referrals, the service may store order references, payment verification records, purchased items, referral codes, download events, and information needed for accounting or customer support. Payment-card credentials are processed by the payment provider rather than the Noteyt notes interface.

Why we process information

We use information to provide account access, fetch eligible video captions, generate and translate notes, prepare and privately store PDFs, verify payments, deliver authorized downloads, prevent duplicate transactions, calculate promoter entitlements, and investigate technical issues or misuse.

Where needed to provide the requested service, process payments, and support accounts, relevant information may be shared with service partners.
